Yoga, besides being a very enjoyable practice that we do on the mat connecting body, breath and mind, it’s also an amazing tool for self-care and self-regulation whenever we feel physically, mentally, energetically or emotionally drained, overwhelmed, stressed or simply burnout. Living at an urban space and with super busy lives and schedules, it’s so valuable having our own selfcare/ self-regulation aid kit box.
In this workshop, we’ll learn a selection of super uncomplicated Yoga techniques, drawing from traditional Yoga, Yoga therapy, Restorative Yoga and Somatics combined with breath-work, visualization, sound, meditation and journaling, that we can easily incorporate in our daily lives whenever we find ourselves out of alignment at any level, which in the long term may help improving and transforming our general state of being.
This workshop is open to everyone wishing to acquire this self-regulation kit box.
