Prana Vinyasa Flow (all levels) ~ Monday 12 noon-1 pm

Prana Vinyasa Flow it is a strong but nourishing and colourful  modality of Vinyasa developed  by  Shiva Rea. Prana Vinyasa combines elements of Ashtanga,  Hatha Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda in a creative flow. Classes integrate dynamic breath- flow sequences, classic yogaasanas, breath-work and relaxation. The aim of the class is to cultivate internal and outer strength, flexibility, fluidity and balance. This class is suitable for all levels modifications are offered allowing the students to practice at their own level.

Flow to Restore (all levels) ~ Tuesday 7.30 - 8.30 pm

A  nourishing blend of slow flow, viniyoga,  restorative and meditation to stretch, unwind, regenarate and restore in the middle of the urban space.
