Vinyasa Flow it is a strong but nourishing style which combines elements of Ashtanga, Hatha Yoga in a creative flow. Classes integrate dynamic breath- flow sequences, classic yoga poses, breath-work and relaxation.
Vinyasa flow promotes inner and outer strength, stability and flexibility, balancing the 'Solar and 'Lunar' aspects of Hatha Yoga.

This lovely class integrates Lunar Satutations, slow flow, modified Hatha Yoga poses, pranayama and guided relaxation/meditation to support expectant mothers during pregnancy and beyond, enhancing the experince of this precious time of a woman life.
Each session will also visit pelvic floor culvation and breath work to prepare for preganancy and labour.
The class is also a great opportunity to connect with other moms to be.
No Yoga expereince required.
