This Prana Flow morning Solar practice integrates morning flow sequences  with Elemental theme,  great focus on the breath and  traditional Yoga postures  and core cultivation to promote  internal and outer strength, flexibility, fluidity and balance to start off your day with vitality  and  possitive energy.

Prana Vinyasa Flow it is a strong but nourishing and colourful  modality of Vinyasa developed  by  Shiva Rea. Prana Vinyasa combines elements of Ashtanga,  Hatha Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda in a creative flow. Classes integrate dynamic breath- flow sequences, classic yogaasanas, breath-work and relaxation. The aim of the class is to cultivate internal and outer strength, flexibility, fluidity and balance. This class is suitable for all levels modifications are offered allowing the students to practice at their own level.

In this class we work with the Prana Flow Half Mandala method which provides a creative flow to the practice and also helps to keep the mind fresh and engaged throughout.

Flow to Restore (all levels) ~ Tuesday 7.30 - 8.30 pm

A  nourishing blend of Slow flow, traditional Hatha yoga,  Viniyoga and  meditation/ Yoga Nidra to refresh, unwind, regenarate and restore in the middle of the urban space.

This lovely class integrates Lunar Satutations, slow flow, modified Hatha Yoga poses, pranayama and guided relaxation/meditation to support expentant mothers during pregnancy and beyond  enhacing the experince of this precious time of a woman life.

Each session will also visit pelvic floor culvation and breath work to prepare for preganancy and labour.

The class is also a great oportunity to connect withother moms to be.

Sessions will take place face to face and online.
